P R E A M B L E ' S T A T E S R I G H T S ' ' R I G H T S T O M E D I C I N A L U S A G E' by Barry Busch August 2005 OURS AND ALL OTHER 'STATES RIGHTS' ARE UNDER ATTACK.WE, THE STATES, CAN BAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT TO PROTECT THOSE PRECEPTS SETFORTH BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS OR WE CAN LIKE FOOLS STAND SEPERATELY whilethe Federal government usurps into it's bossom all those values of amongthese Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness we proclaim and promote asours around the world . For 200 years 'STATE RIGHTS' have been inviolate. Because theFederalist principles, the balance between state and federal powers ofgovernance, have been ,on enough occassions although not all the occassionsneeded, protected from our shared Federal Governments evolvution into acreature unto itself acting as is the want of all governments over time togarnish as much control over the peoples it is sworn to govern justly as itcan squeeze out of them; protected by the self preservation interests ofthose running our state governing bureacracies. However, at this moment. this second of our evolution our desire toprotect our ' STATE RIGHTS ' may be lost due to attack by the FederalGoverment of the United States of America upon the STATES of a ferocity anddetermination this country hasn't seen, since our Civil War. Our Federal Burearacrcies' is unleashing a servility upon the STATES,seperatly yet as a whole , as Madison ( Federalist papers No. 46 ) warnedwould occur.; If WE THE STATES ,our country is composed of,, therein waverand if by so wavering allows this political experiment to flounder, wastingthe freedoms blood shed for the cravings of all manking for justice andliberty for all ,; if WE THE STATES, of this proud union, amongst us, lose thecourage and fortitude to defend , we the people ,comprising of and buildingthe foundations for our and ,our childrens futures and the futures past, fromthe aristocratic tyrannies our father George Washington refused the crown tospare us from; if WE THE STATES allow 'Federals Rights' to continuesurreptiously overpowering our ' STATES RIGHTS ' the lives of all ourfathers, sons and brothers and those of our ancestors before us given in thename of FREEDOM will have died in vain. Interludes into our history will be neccesary. Fore, to realize what isoccuring the reasoning of the parts must be equally viewed.
